The Greater Boston NPHC Executive Board consists of distinguished fraternity and sorority members throughout the Greater Boston area, elected or appointed to carry out the Council’s responsibilities with excellence.

DeMarr Vass
President
DeMarr Vass is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., initiated through the Gamma Chapter and now a dedicated brother of the Eta Phi Chapter in Boston, MA. Throughout his fraternity tenure, DeMarr has held multiple leadership roles including Black History Month Chair, Juneteenth Chair, Voter Engagement Chair, and Public Relations.
Prior to becoming President, DeMarr served the Greater Boston NPHC as Co-Chair of the Juneteenth Committee, and most recently as the Programming Coordinator. In his role as President, he looks forward to strengthening organizational structure and sharpening communication to ensure the council’s work is clear, coordinated, and impactful.

Anthony Dongfack
Vice President
Anthony (Tony) Dongfack is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., initiated through the Sigma Chapter in Boston, MA. Throughout his fraternity tenure, Tony has held multiple roles throughout his collegiate years.
Prior to becoming Vice President, Tony served the Greater Boston NPHC through community service events and other council programming and most recently served as a committee member for 2025 GBNPHC Stroll-Off. In his role as Vice President, he looks forward to increasing NPHC involvement in community-engaged service and strengthening external community partnerships.

Stephen Lucien
Treasurer
Stephen Lucien is a proud member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated - Delta Omega Chapter located in Boston, MA where he currently serves on the executive board as Treasurer.
Stephen has served the Greater Boston NPHC as Treasurer for the past four years. As he continues in this role, he remains committed to maintaining compliance with national standards and ensuring a high level of transparency, accuracy, and detail in all financial reporting.

Tahirah Gibson
Financial Secretary
Tahirah Gibson is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Chi Eta Zeta Chapter located in Cambridge, MA. Throughout her sorority tenure, Tahirah has held multiple leadership roles including 3rd Vice President of XHZ, Financial Secretary, Fundraising Chair and currently serves as Zeta/Sigma Liaison of XHZ and External Engagement Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Prior to becoming the Financial Secretary, Tahirah has served the Greater Boston NPHC by contributing and participating in HBCU Night at Boston Celtics Game, BWB Family Reunion, and Essence HBCU Classic, as well as offering ideas and support for GBNPHC Stroll-Off Committee.

Dyana Guillaume
Recording Secretary
Dyana Guillaume is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated - Boston Alumnae Chapter. Throughout her sorority tenure, she has held several leadership roles but currently serves as the Step Committee Chair within her chapter.
Prior to becoming Recording Secretary, Dyana supported the Greater Boston NPHC by participating in the Essence HBCU Classic, BWB Family Reunion, and Stroll-Off. In her new role, she looks forward to bringing fresh ideas to help strengthen organizational structure and processes, while contributing her skills to serve the council effectively.

Nengi Jennifer Omo-Egbekuse
Parliamentarian
Nengi Jennifer Omo-Egbekuse is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated - South Middlesex County Alumnae Chapter. Throughout her sorority tenure she has served in several leadership roles, including Recording Secretary, Step and Stroll Team Chair and currently serves as Corresponding Secretary.
Prior to serving as Parliamentarian, Nengi supported the Greater Boston NPHC by co-chairing and participating in Stroll-Off, participating in HBCU Night at Boston Celtics Game, an facilitating outreach efforts that led to media coverage with WBZ News for the annual Boston Greek Picnic.
